A complete spherical lead alloy ball, probably a musket ball or shot, of Post Medieval dating (17th Century AD onwards).
The lead shot is spherical in shape.
It is a light to mid grey colour with an uneven surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in the loss of some of the original surface detail.
It has a diameter of 14.8 mm and weighs 17.5 grams.

An incomplete copper alloy strap fitting / sword belt fitting of Early Post Medieval dating (17th Century AD).
The strap fitting consists of a circular hollow-domed plate with, at one end a projecting collared debased trefoil attachment knop, and the other end is a close butted blunt hook, with a double rounded collar at the junction with the plate. A thin copper alloy sheet is present on the reverse, secured in place by a circular sectioned rivet.
The strap fitting measures 37.3 mm in length, 15.8 mm wide and 8.2 mm thick. It weighs 7.9 g.

An incomplete copper alloy single sharp hooked clasp (dress hook), of Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1600).
Around 95% of the hooked clasp is present, with just the hook incomplete.
The hooked clasp consists of a sub rectangular attachment loop, a circular openwork central plate, with a solid centre, and sever circular holes arranged evenly around it, and a single sharp hook (now incomplete). The back is undecorated.
It measures 24.4 mm in length, 17.1 mm wide and 1.8 mm thick. It weighs 2.3 grams.

An incomplete copper alloy dress hook (single sharp hooked eye), of Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1600).
Around 50% of the dress hook is present, with the hook and part of the trefoil openwork design incomplete.
The hooked eye is irregular in plan, and rectangular in section. It is of an openwork design, with a large sub rectangular eye section. The openwork plate consists of a hatched Hungerford knot in a trefoil shape, with two undecorated pellets at the junction between the eye and the plate. The reverse is undecorated.

A complete composite gold Earring of probable Post Medieval to Modern dating (AD 1800 to AD 1900).
The ear ring comprises two separate parts: a pendant / decorative element and the wire section to suspend it from the ear. The wire part consists of a circular sectioned recurved piece of wire, terminating in an globular knop. The wire has a diameter of 0.83 mm. It is sub-circular in shape with a rectangular cross section with bevelled edges. In profile the loop is flat.
It measures 26.3 mm external diameter, 17.8 mm internal diameter and 2.9 mm thick. The ring is 3.5 mm wide. It weighs 4.0 grams.

The finger ring has a square bezel with bevelled edges. No design The hoop is integral. The hoop is circular and flat with angular edges.
The hoop has an external diameter 20.1 mm and an internal diameter 15.5 mm. The bezel is 16.2 mm long by 16.1 mm wide. The hoop is 2.3 mm thick and 5.1 mm wide. It weighs 10.2 g.

A complete cast copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle of Post Medieval dating (1620 - 1680 AD).
The buckle frame is sub rectangular / trapezoidal in plan, and rectangular in profile. The pin is present and is formed from a single sub-rectangular tapering length of copper alloy which is attached to the central bar by the end being folded to form an irregular 'wrap around' loop. An incomplete cast copper alloy padlock, of Post Medieval dating (16th Century to mid 19th Centuries AD).
Only the front plate to the padlock, with a rectangular plate to cover the keyhole is present. It is circular in plan, with two protruding lugs at the top of the plate. These lugs would have originally taken the bar, which is now missing. The presence of iron corrosion products around the area of the lugs and on the reverse would suggest that the bar and central section of the padlock was originally made from iron. A complete cast copper alloy double looped (spectacle) buckle frame of Post Medieval dating (1550 to 1650 AD).
The buckle frame is complete and is broadly sub-rectangular in plan with a slight integrally cast central bar to which a pin would have been attached. The pin is lost but would have been attached to the central bar by the terminal being folded back upon itself. There is no evidence for a recessed pin rest on the frame. At the mid point of the loop on both edges are relatively crude cast flowers or rosettes. A triangular knop is present at either end of the strap bar. …

An incomplete tinned copper alloy sub rectangular buckle and chape, of Post medieval dating (c.1690 to c. 1720).
The buckle is a sub rectangular shoe or knee buckle, with a drilled frame for a separate spindle. The frame has been decorated with three moulded transverse vertical ridges on either side of the spindle hole. An incised foliate design is present on the outer edge of each loop. The chape is incomplete. The pin is missing. Iron staining is present on the reverse of the buckle, suggesting that the spindle may have been made from iron.
