A complete cast lead or lead alloy probable printing block, from a set of movable type, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1700 to AD 1900). The printing block is a flat rectangle. One face exhibits two reversed capital letters 'SR', print style unclear. The back of the block is undecorated. The printing block measures 21.1 mm in length, 22.0 mm wide and 5.4 mm thick. It weighs 13.5 g. The printing block is a light to mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. An incomplete lead alloy Stamp, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1800). The object is triangular in plan and in cross section, the stamp face itself is oval in shape. The stamp consists of an oval cartouche, with a large annulet filling it. There is a border around the edge of the stamp. The handle of the stamp tapers from the curved edges of the oval to a narrower point at the top, the handle of the stamp is rectangular in section.
