A complete plano convex or 'slug' knife, of Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age dating (3300 BC to 1200 BC)
The knife has been made from a secondary flake of dark grey, semi translucent flint. The lower face (ventral) is smooth, with no ripples. The upper face (dorsal) exhibits retouch along both edges (long, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt). A flat ridge is present down the central of the upper face. It has a D shaped cross section
It measures 54.8 mm in length, 18.0 mm wide and 6.8 mm thick. It weighs 8.1 g.

The knife has been made from a secondary flake of light grey, semi translucent flint. The lower face (ventral) exhibits some rippling. The upper face (dorsal) exhibits retouch along both edges (covering, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt).

An incomplete flint plano-convex knife of Early Bronze Age dating (c. 2350 BC to c. 1400 BC).
Around 50% of the knife is present, the rest is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The knife is of a sub pointed oval shape, with a flattened end. It has a D shaped cross section.
It is a mid grey colour, with minimal surface patination. It has been made from a piece of tertiary debitage.
