An incomplete copper alloy barb-spring padlock, of Medieval dating (AD 1150 to AD 1200). It has an square case with a T-shape key aperture on the recessed end plate; the other end of the plate has a recessed surface with two rectangular apertures divided by a vertical septum which indicates a mechanism with two spring strips. An incomplete copper alloy tubular or barrel padlock of Medieval dating (c. AD 1200 to AD 1400). Less than 25% of the padlock is present, consisting of the arm, part of the bar and part of the tubular section. The lower part is curved, a small circular hole with an internal diameter of 3.7 mm at the top. The arm is rectangular with a curved underside. The bar at the top is incomplete. It measures 20.0 mm in length, 8.3 mm wide and 15.7 mm thick. It weighs 2.5 g. The padlock fragment is a dark green colour with an even surface patina. A incomplete copper alloy barrel or tubular padlock of Medieval dating (AD 1150 to AD 1300). Around 25% of the padlock is present, consisting of a fragmentary barrel and arm or the part of the bolt and arm. The arm is set at parallel to a sub square loop. The loop is 8.7 mm wide and 2.1 mm thick. A rectangular hole, measuring 5.5 mm by 3.6 mm is present at the back of the loop. The sides of the loop are unfinished. It measures 25.4 mm in length, 23.1 mm wide, and a maximum thickness of 8.7 mm. It weighs 7.0 g. The padlock is a dark green colour, with an uneven surface patina.

A complete copper alloy barrel or tubular padlock of Medieval dating (AD 1150 to AD 1300). The padlock is broadly cylindrical, with a hollow, facetted barrel which is hexagonal in cross-section and has split slightly on the underside. A complete copper alloy combination lock, of Post Medieval dating (mid 16th Century to mid 17th Centuries AD). It consists of five discs, originally movable but now corroded onto the axle, positioned between two outer discs. The outer discs are joined by an arched hasp (shackle) over the top of the discs. The loop consists of two projecting struts, with a trapezoidal cross section; one continues into the arched semi-circle which meets and locks into the other strut.
