The dorsal (upper) face exhibits a series of ridges. The ventral (lower) face exhibits conchoidal ripples and a bulb of percussion as evidence of working. There are uncontrolled flint scars present on both the dorsal (upper) and ventral (lower) faces which are the result of post depositional damage due to either movement in the soil or plough roll. A series of varying sized flake facets are present on the outer (dorsal) faces. Along some of the edges, is evidence of reworking but this could be due to plough roll and movement in the soil.
