An incomplete copper alloy casket mount, of Medieval dating (AD 1150 to AD 1300).
The mount is formed by a long slender rectangle which has a moulded terminals. The terminal is in the form of an elongated knop protruding from the side of a moulded sub circular platform which has a rivet hole in the centre, still containing a rivet. A curved incomplete hook extends from the lower knop. Below each rivet hole there is a moulded narrowed collar. The body of the mount is otherwise undecorated and is sub-triangular in section.

An incomplete copper alloy, probable casket fitting, of Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1300).
The object has a gradually tapering triangular sectioned blade with a central midrib on the outer face. The inner face is flat. The majority of the tang is missing, but is gradually curving outwards to a more rectangular shape. The blade demonstrates a posterior curve, from the mid point of the blade downwards. The edges are incomplete.
It measures 123.17 mm in length, 12.97 mm wide and 0.80 mm thick. It weighs 50.4 g.
