A flint blade, probably dating to the later Mesolithic or early Neolithic periods (6500 - 2900 BC). The blade is subrectangular in plan, with a series of ridges on the dorsal (upper) face. The ventral (lower) face shows evidence of the bulb of percussion and conchoidal ripples. There is evidence of retouch along both edges of the blade, with multiple small flake scars present. There are some irregular, uncontrolled flake scars, suggesting later post depositional damage such as plough roll or movement in the soil. Two flint blades, probably dating to the later Mesolithic or early Neolithic periods (6500 BC to 2900 BC). Both blades are sub-rectangular in plan, with a triangular cross section. There are multiple small flint facets down the external edges of each probable blade. One of the flint blade is broken.
