Four (4) fragments of ceramic roof tile.
The fragments include imbrex, both of Roman dating (1st to 4th Centuries AD). Ceramic tile fragments such as these are indicative of a Roman building being present in the vicinity of the site. It is possible that some of the fragments are from later ceramic building material fragments and are of Post Medieval dating (1600 to 1800 AD onwards).
All four fragments exhibit a high degree of abrasion, with surfaces being lost and edges being rounded.

Forty Seven (47) fragments of Ceramic Building material.
The majority of the fragments are miscellaneous fragments, most likely from bricks; however there are a couple of roofing tile fragments and field drain. The majority of the fragments are probably Post Medieval in dating, 16th to 18th Centuries AD. It is probable that there are some fragments of Roman Ceramic Building Material types present.
The fragments vary in thickness from 14.41mm to 25.77mm. In total they weigh 1339 grams.

One (1) sherd of a flat handmade ceramic roof tile.
It consists of a sandy fabric, similar in style and texture to ceramic fabrics described in Ratkai (2000). No glaze is present. The exterior and interior surfaces are oxidised, and the core is unoxidised. No glaze is present. It probably dates from the Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval period.
The sherd measures: 40.85mm length, 48.06mm width, 11.85mm thick and weighs 26.8 grams.
