A complete copper alloy strap fitting, probably from a sword belt, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1575 to AD 1700). The strap fitting has a inverted, elongated trapezoidal body with a flattened 'W' shaped upper edge and similar shaped lower side edges. The outer face of the body has a vertical, central, ridge with a shallow groove on either side between circular rivet holes. A complete copper alloy toggle clasp of Early Post Medieval dating, circa AD 1500 to AD 1700. The plate consists of an open work and moulded design of one central circular perforation. The top horizontal edge of the object is decorated with a series of transverse lines, giving a rope like effect.
