An incomplete copper alloy frame from a purse bar, of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (c. AD 1450 to AD 1550). Around 5-10% of the purse frame is present. The rest is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The purse frame is L shaped in cross section and curved in shape. One complete circular hole is present on one side, with an internal diameter of 1.7 mm. The top surface exhibits grooved decoration consisting of two lines in a zig zag pattern. A complete copper alloy ring or loop which functioned as a curtain fitting, of the Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1400 - c. AD 1600 It is broadly circular in shape with a rectangular cross section with bevelled edges. In profile the loop is flat. It measures 25.4 mm external diameter, 17.4 mm internal diameter and 3.0 mm thick. The ring is 3.3 mm wide. It weighs 3.3 grams. A complete copper alloy rotary key of probable Medieval dating (AD 1150 to AD 1400). The key is irregular in plan and cross section. The key can be described in several sections: The bow or handle, shank and bit. The bow is sub circular in shape, with a rectangular cross section. The internal diameter of the bow is 9.1 mm. An incomplete copper alloy, probable tip from a spear head, of probable Middle Bronze Age dating (1500 BC to 1150 BC). Around 5% of the spearhead is present, consisting only of the probable tip. It is triangular in shape. Triangular blades extend from either side, with a central rib on both sides. It measures 22.4 mm in length, 11.4 mm wide (base), 5.3 mm wide (tip) and 6.3 mm thick at the break, and 3.0 mm thick at the tip. It weighs 2.8 g.
