An incomplete copper alloy artefact, of uncertain dating, probably Post Medieval (AD 1500 to AD 1900). The artefact is sub triangular in shape, with one forked end. When viewed from the side, the artefact is curved. Both ends exhibit an old patinated break. The forked end is wider than the other one, with the remains of a semi circular hole between the two prongs. Located off centre, on the front of the artefact is a raised triangular ridge, pointing in the direction of the forked end. An incomplete copper alloy possible spoon bowl, of Roman to Post Medieval dating (AD 43 to AD 1650). Around 50% of the spoon is present, consisting of a sub oval flattened bowl and part of a possible flat handle. The bowl is sub oval in shape, and flat. No concavity is present. The handle is incomplete, with a post depositional break at the top. The base of the handle is flat. The possible spoon bowl exhibits a ninety degree bend in the centre of the bowl.
