A complete copper alloy mount, of probable Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1500). The mount is rectangular in shape, with a slight convex cross section. The front is slightly domed, whereas the reverse is flat. The front has been decorated with a horizontal groove, with several small vertical grooves positioned just below it. A similar row of small vertical grooves is present, along the other long edge. A circular sectioned copper alloy rivet is present, located in the centre of the mount. It has a diameter of 1.4 mm. An incomplete copper alloy finger ring, of Late Roman dating (Later 2nd to 3rd Centuries AD). Around 50% of the finger ring is present, consisting of the bezel and part of the hoop. The intaglio is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The bezel is rectangular, with an oval intaglio setting positioned centrally. Traces of a white paste or possible solder are still present within the setting. The shoulders of the ring are triangular in shape, with a converging triangular groove on each one. Around 50% of the finger ring is present, with half of the hoop missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The bezel is oval in shape, with recessed enamel decoration. The decoration consistsof a central blue rectangular bar, with a semi circle of probable white enamel to either side. The bezel has a length of 13.1 mm and is 10.3 mm wide. The shoulders are plain. An incomplete sheet copper alloy buckle plate, of Medieval dating (AD 1350 to AD 1450). Approximately 90% of the buckle plate is present, with one of the strap bar loops being incomplete. The buckle plate has been made from a piece of sheet copper alloy metal, folded in half, around the strap bar. A sub rectangular pin slot has been cut at one end, and it has been narrowed to fit the frame. The other end of the front plate has two triangular notches removed as decoration. A complete copper alloy pendent loop from a bar mount or similar strap fitting, of Medieval dating (AD 1250 to AD 1400). The pendent loop is circular in shape, with a D shaped cross section. The front is convex or domed, whereas the reverse is flat. It has an external diameter of 12.0 mm and an internal diameter of 7.4 mm. The ring has a width of 1.9 mm and is 1.7 mm thick. The buckle frame is trapezoidal in shape, with an expanded triangular outer edge, with a U shaped pin rest. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed. A complete copper alloy strap loop, of medieval dating (c. AD 1250 to c. AD 1400). The fitting is single looped and sub-oval, with an off-set straight attachment bar and a pair of opposed internal trianglar projections which would have secured the strap in place whilst allowing the fitting to slide up and down the strap. The strap fitting measures 16.9 mm in length, 18.9 mm wide and 2.5 mm thick. It weighs 1.6 g. The strap fitting is a mid brown colour, with an even surface patina.
