A complete copper alloy pendent loop from a bar mount or similar strap fitting, of Medieval dating (AD 1250 to AD 1400). The pendent loop is circular in shape, with a D shaped cross section. The front is convex or domed, whereas the reverse is flat. It has an external diameter of 12.0 mm and an internal diameter of 7.4 mm. The ring has a width of 1.9 mm and is 1.7 mm thick. The buckle plate has been made from a piece of sheet copper alloy metal, folded in half, around the strap bar.
