The weight is conical in form. The sides of the weight flare to the flat circular base.The upper edge has a flattened top. The base is flat. A central circular perforation or suspension hole is present in the base, with a depth of 10.9 mm, with a diameter of 5.6 mm. The weight is undecorated.
It has a height of 35.6 mm. The base diameter is 30.3 mm and the top diameter is 14.9 mm. It weighs 137.2 g (4.84 oz).

An incomplete copper alloy pendant, probably a crucifix, of Late Medieval to Post Medieval dating (c. 1400 to c. 1600).
The openwork frame is broadly shield shaped with a central cross with trefoiled terminals. An incomplete suspension loop is present at the top of the pendant, with an internal diameter of 2.9 mm. At the intersection the cross expands to a square plate behind the head of the crucified Jesus on the cross, with a radiating halo behind his head and curved outstretched arms, the hands fixed to the cross beam.
