An incomplete gilded silver finger ring, of Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1400).
Around 50% of the finger ring is present, consisting of the bezel and part of the hoop. The rest of the hoop is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The edges of the hoop look deliberately cut.
The finger ring has been made from two elements: the bezel and the hoop. The hoop has been soldered onto the reverse of the bezel. A complete silver stirrup finger ring, of Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1400).
The finger ring has a D shaped hoop. The hoop rises to a flat topped pointed bezel. A gem is set into the bezel with a plain setting. The gem is oval. Under magnification, it is possible to see pitting and a conchoidal fracture in the surface of the gem, suggesting that it is probably glass as opposed to a gemstone. A pink paste is present around the edges of the gem and inside the setting. The hoop thins in width towards the back of the ring.

A complete gold finger ring, of uncertain dating, but probably Post Medieval to Modern in dating (AD 1750 to AD 1900).
The finger ring has a flat rectangular sectioned hoop. The bezel is unusual, consisting of a concave recess, with an circular sectioned bar mounted above it. Domed terminals are present on either end of the bar. It is uncertain whether anything was mounted on or beneath the bar.
The finger ring has an external diameter of 20.89 mm, an internal diameter of 17.69 mm. The hoop has a maximum width of 3.18 mm and a maximum thickness of 2.03 mm. It weighs 3.8 grams.
