A complete copper alloy decorated finger ring, of Post Medieval dating (AD1700 to AD 1800).
The finger ring consists of a flat hoop, with moulded external decoration. The decoration is unclear but consists of a repeating design of floral decoration. The design appears to repeat several times. The internal surface is undecorated apart from a maker's mark of XL in a square cartouche.
The finger ring has an external diameter of 20.4 mm and an internal diameter of 16.9 mm. The hoop is 3.9 mm wide and 1.7 mm thick. It weighs 2.0 g.

A complete copper alloy finger ring with square bezel of Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 - AD 1800).
The finger ring has a square bezel with bevelled edges. No design The hoop is integral. The hoop is circular and flat with angular edges.
The hoop has an external diameter 20.1 mm and an internal diameter 15.5 mm. The bezel is 16.2 mm long by 16.1 mm wide. The hoop is 2.3 mm thick and 5.1 mm wide. It weighs 10.2 g.
The finger ring is mid to dark green colour, with an even surface patina.

A complete copper alloy finger ring of probable Roman to Medieval dating (AD 43 to AD 1450).
The finger ring is sub circular (oval) in shape. It has a D shaped cross section. No bezel. The band is decorated with tranverse ribs, creating a ribbed effect. There are sixteen ribs. The interior is flat.
It has a length of 18.1 mm and is 15.6 mm wide. It is 4.4 mm thick. The interior length is 11.2 mm and 10.2 mm wide. It weighs 2.9 g.

An incomplete copper alloy signet ring of late medieval to post medieval date.
The bezel is oval in shape, 17.1 mm in length, 14.7 mm wide and is raised from the line of the hoop. It has two engraved capital letters 'EH'. These are probably the owner's initials. The hoop is 5.9 wide with D shaped cross section 3.5 mm thick. Only about 10% of the hoop is present, so original diameter can not be determined.

A short section of a Roman copper alloy bracelet that has been cut and bent into a finger ring dating to c. AD 250-450.
The object is formed of a strip of copper alloy. The strip is sub-rectangular in cross section with slightly rounded edges. This strip has been bent into a now mostly circular hoop that overlaps slightly. Both ends appear to be old breaks which suggests the object to be reused, most likely from a bracelet. Decoration on the exterior is hard to determine.

The finger ring is of the plain hoop style, with a flattened D shape cross section. No inscription or maker's marks are present on the interior. No decoration on the exterior. There is a dark vertical line at one point, probably where the ring got resized at some point.

A complete plain gold finger ring dating to the late Post Medieval to Modern period (c. AD 1719-2000).
The ring is a very thin, undecorated band, with a D-shaped cross-section. There is a hallmark on the inside of the band is very worn and difficult to decipher. It was probably in a rectangular cartouche and the second letter is W. The first letter is unclear.

A complete silver applied bezel finger ring with decorated hoop. The finger ring has a hoop with a flat cross section, and an applied bezel. The hoop has been made from a length of flat sheet metal, formed into a circular shape, and soldered onto the reverse of the bezel. Both ends of the hoop are visible on the reverse.
