A complete plain gold finger ring dating to the late Post Medieval to Modern period (c. AD 1719-2000). The ring is a very thin, undecorated band, with a D-shaped cross-section. There is a hallmark on the inside of the band is very worn and difficult to decipher. It was probably in a rectangular cartouche and the second letter is W. The first letter is unclear. It has an external diameter of 18.8 mm, an internal diameter of 16.2 mm. The hoop has a diameter of 1.3 mm. It weighs 1.6 g.
