Silver denarius of Marcus Aurelius (139 - 180 AD) , minted in Rome, Italy between 151 and 152 AD. It appears to have been counter struck twice on the obverse. Obverse: Bare head, facing right. Obverse inscription: AVRELIVS [ ] Reverse: Clementia standing front, head facing left, holding pater and holding skirt out with left hand. Reverse Inscription: TR POT VI COS II CLEM Reece period: 7 Reference: RIC, Volume 3. p.85, no. 456a.
