The dress hook is a composite design, made up of a rectangular back plate, a basal hook and a domed rectangular body. The attachment loop is missing. A complete silver finger ring of Late Medieval dating (14th to 15th Century AD). The finger ring is circular, with a D shape cross section. No makers marks are present or an inscription on the inside. The bezel consists of four petalled flower, with raised pellet centre. The bezel is one piece with the hoop, it has not been applied. One side of the hoop is complete with an rounded end, the other exhibits an old square break.
