A complete copper alloy openwork zoomorphic cruciform mount of probable 11th Century dating.
The mount is cruciform in shape, with zoomorphic (animal) heads on each terminal. They have a rounded nose with two recessed circular eyes above. Two smaller circular recesses are positioned above the eyes as ears. The mount is domed and hollow. Above the zoomorphic heads, it extends into an openwork cube with the upper face solid with a circular recess. A gem or coral may have been originally been positioned here. An incomplete copper alloy mount of probable Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1800).
The mount is roughly arrow shaped with a central tang, and curved wings with barbs to either side. Each barb terminates with a rounded pellet. There is a central raised ridge which continues into the tang, which expands slightly. The wings are decorated with a curvi-linear line. On the reverse are two integral attachment spikes, these have an diameter of 2.2 mm. The mount has been bent almost at ninety degrees, below the point of the arrowhead.

An incomplete copper alloy probable strap end of Late Early Medieval dating (AD 750 to AD 900).
The probable strap end is sub rectangular in shape, with one rounded terminal and one squared terminal. Long edge are bevelled. Both sides have been decorated with a similar design, with an engraved elongated V in parallel with the edges of the strap end. The squared terminal is incomplete.
It measures 28.4 mm in length, 7.3 mm wide and 3.3 mm thick. It weighs 2.9 g.

An incomplete copper alloy strap end of Early-Medieval date (AD 750-900).
The object is flat in profile and sub-rectangular in plan with a rounded tip. The opposing terminal is incomplete, no rivet holes are present but the upper and lower plates are visible. The upper surface of the plate has an incised decoration composed of a moulded and incised zoomorphic style terminal with a rounded snout. At the top of the strap end, is a rectangular panel with probable interlace decoration, and potential niello inlay.

A complete copper alloy buckle frame of Post Medieval dating (AD 1550 to AD 1650).
No pin or strap plate are present, just the buckle frame. This consists of a double loop with a narrowed strap bar, and angled outer edges. Angles present on the inner edges as well. Foliate decoration is present on the front. The reverse is undecorated.

A complete copper alloy double loop rectangular buckle, of Post Medieval dating (c. AD 1500 - c. AD 1630).
The buckle is rectangular in plan and consists of a double loop rectangular shape, with recessed central bar and bevelled outer edges. A circular lateral suspension loop is present at the top of the buckle. The suspension loop has an internal diameter of 4.1 mm.

The brooch is circular in plan with a frame that is, barring decorative feature, D-shaped in cross section with a flat reverse and convex upper surface. An incomplete copper alloy Colchester derivative Polden Hill brooch of Roman date (AD 80-120).
Only the head, one wing and bow remain. The right hand wing is partially remaining with the spring, pin, foot and catch plate missing. A semi-circular end cap is present at the end of the wing. The bow head is slightly angular (comma shaped). Located at the reverse of the head is a broadly oval concave recess where the spring would have been held in place. The bow tapers from the head to a pointed damaged and incomplete foot. A vertical ridge runs the length of the bow.

A fragment of a copper alloy object, probably part of an axehead of Bronze Age date (c. 2500-800 BC).
The fragment is likely of the blade end of the axehead with a transverse break across the body. The surviving section of the blade is crescent shaped and the object is triangular in profile, narrowing evenly from 4.89mm thick at the break to 0.96mm thick just before the edge of the blade. The object is flat and has a largely drop shaped body in plan, with an incomplete, sub-oval suspension loop at the top. The object is likely from a Gunter's Chain, a piece of land surveying equipment developed in AD 1620 that measured 100 links/66-foot/20.1m. There would have been a unique tag on the chain at every 10 links.

Around 50% of the brooch is present, consisting of the bow, and the wings. The pin, foot and catchplate are missing, presumed lost in antiquity.
