The bell is sub circular in plan and profile, with an integrally cast sub rectangular suspension loop attached to the top. The edges of the rectangular suspension loop have been bevelled. The base of the bell is semi circular, with a rectangular slot across the base, with circular ends. The Iron 'pea' is still present inside the bell. Minimal decoration appears visible on the lower hemispheres of the bell. The bell was cast in one piece, using two opposing moulds.…

The brooch is circular in plan with a frame that is, barring decorative feature, D-shaped in cross section with a flat reverse and convex upper surface. The outer face is also decorated with six raised broadly hexagonal collets that are taller and wider than the frame of the brooch. An incomplete copper alloy coin weight of James I, probably for an Irish sixpence, dating to the period AD 1603 to AD 1625. The coin weight is square. The obverse depicts a harp with I to the left and R to the right. The reverse is unclear. Length: 11.8 mm Width: 11.4 mm Thickness: 2.0 mm Weight: 1.4 g (22 gn) The harp would indicate that the coin weight is for an Irish coin. The weight is consistent with that of a sixpence.
