The token is circular in plan. The obverse depicts an uncertain design, possibly several letters joined together but it is unclear. The reverse is plain and undecorated. A vertical crease is present, suggesting that the token had originally been folded in half.
The token has a diameter of 11.39 mm and is 1.46 mm thick. It weighs 0.9 g.
The token is a light grey to off white colour, with an even surface patina.

The token is broadly circular in plan. The upper face (obverse) exhibits a cross, with pellets present in the centre of each quarter (Powell type 14). The lower face (reverse) is plain and undecorated.
The token is a mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. It demonstrates a small degree of abrasion, caused by movement whilst within in the plough soil. A couple of small notches have been removed from the edge, probably by a plough.
The token measures 18.31 mm in diameter…
