One bodysherd from a wheel thrown vessel The bodysherd consists of a fabric similar to that known as Cistercian type ware, dating from the mid 15th to 17th Centuries AD. A fragment of a post Medieval stoneware rim sherd with a horizontal ridge. Possibly a Raeren-type, or possibly an Aachen-type (1300 - 1800). A wheel thrown vessel. The fabric is hard fired with a grey core and brownish yellow inner and outer surfaces (Munsell Colour: 10YR 6/6). Above the ridge there is a line of impressed marks forming an abstract design that vaguely resembles letters. The distance between the rounded rim and the rib is 22.2mm. A ceramic vessel sherd of probable medieval date. The sherd is grog and calcite grit tempered with fine 20 per cent inclusions. It has a black core, an orange exterior and a grey interior. It measures 37.99 mm long, 31.59 mm wide, 8.99 mm thick and weighs 13.4 grams. Quite possibly from a flat bottomed cooking pot.

An incomplete moulded clay tobacco pipe bowl and stem of late post-medieval to modern date (late 19th or early 20th century AD). The clay tobacco pipe has been moulded from a white pipeclay. The pipe fragment consists of an almost complete bowl. A horizontal line is present, running parallel to the rim edge. The rim of the bowl has been damaged. The clay pipe measures 26.59mm high, with a maximum diameter 19.22mm. The wall of the clay pipe bowl is 2.55mm thick. It weighs 5.9 grams.
