It measures 37.99 mm long, 31.59 mm wide, 8.99 mm thick and weighs 13.4 grams. Quite possibly from a flat bottomed cooking pot.

The rimsherd is consistent with that of a Samian fabric type, possibly from La Graufesenque in South Gaul, and is consistent with Mid to Late 1st Century dating.
