A rimsherd of a wheelthrown iron glazed ceramic vessel. The sherd is 7.33mm thick and weighs 30.1g. It is 28.84mm long and 51.04mm wide. The sherd consists of a rim sherd, most likely from a large storage jar, in a dark brown, iron rich fabric with white calcium inclusions. Both the interior and exterior surfaces are a shiny dark reddy brown colour and have been glazed with an iron rich glaze.
