An incomplete cast copper alloy pin from an annular buckle, of late Medieval to Post Medieval dating (1350 to 1720 AD). The pin is sub rectangular in plan, and rectangular in cross section. The shank of the pin tapers to a blunt end. The head of the pin consisted of a cast circular loop, approximately 25% of the loop is now present, having being broken in antiquity. On the back of the pin, directly below the loop, is a semi circular depression. A small tranverse ridge, extending partially down the length of the pin is present.
