The hoard consists of three complete neck torcs and one bracelet. Torc 4 was initially found incomplete but the second half was found at a latter date and has been included below.

All of the coins are Iron Age coins, specifically of the 'North Eastern' regional series that is often ascribed to the Corieltavi tribe. The coins comprise three basic types; the so-called "South Ferriby", "Domino" and "Kite" type staters. All were produced between about 40 BC and AD 20/30, at location(s) within the modern counties of Lincolnshire/North Lincolnshire.

Description: A small coin hoard comprised of two gold staters and four silver units. All six coins are from the North-eastern British Iron Age coinage region traditionally associated with the tribe known as the Corieltavi. The gold staters are uninscribed and the silver units are inscribed units of VEP[O].
The 2 gold staters are both of 'Kite' type (ABC 1761; BMC 3181), c. 50 BC to AD 10 and the 4 silver units are inscribed VEP (ABC 1866; BMC 3277ff). c. AD 10-45.

complete struck / hammered gold stater of the North-Eastern Gold Inscribed 'VOLISIOS DVMNOCOVEROS' type, of Late Iron Age dating (60 BC to 50 BC).
The obverse depicts the letters 'VO', 'LI', 'SI' & 'OS' between 3 plain lines, crossed by a leaf, in opposite corners a pellet ring and a wheel. The reverse depicts a horse facing left, with the letters 'DVM' above, the letters 'ODON' below, a pellet triangle beneath the head and OS above the head. Hobbs (1996), nos 3330-3331.

An incomplete plated gold stater of the North Eastern Region / Corieltavi, dating to the period AD 15-40, 'Aunt Cost Left' type. Obverse: Wreath crossed by bar with crescent at each end, ring of pellets in each crescent? Reverse: Lunatehorse left, pellet at centre of body, [AVN] above, T CO[ST] (retrograde) below. As BMC p. 180, nos. 3259-3260; cf. ABC no. 1929. The coin has a copper-alloy core with the remains of plated gold surfaces.
