An irregular primary waste flake / debitage of probable Neolithic date (3500 - 2100 BC). This piece of flint has been deliberately removed from the outer face of a flint nodule to prepare it for further work and tool production. Conchoidal ripples are present on the dorsal (reverse) side. There are several flint removal scars that are mostly likely the result of plough roll. It measures 45.17mm length, 41.13mm width, 11.65mm thick and weighs 19.4 grams.
