A complete thumbnail scraper of Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age dating (2700 BC to 1600 BC). The scraper has been made from a dark brown flint. No cortex is present. The scraper is sub circular in shape, with a triangular cross section. The dorsal (upper) surface exhibits controlled working, with minimal retouch (long, scaled, abrupt) along the working edge. The ventral (lower) surface exhibits a bulb of percussion and conchoidal ripples. It measures 15.0 mm in length, 19.0 mm wide and 5.4 mm thick. It weighs 1.6 g.
