A complete but heavily worn, struck / hammered copper alloy one Duit of the Hollandia province, Dutch Republic, of uncertain mint and date of minting but probably struck between AD 1702 and AD 1780.
The obverse depicts a Lion Rampart within a fence. The reverse reads HOL / LAN / DIA, split between three lines. The date of issue is normally present at the end of the inscription, but it can not be determined on this example. It was struck with a die axis of 12 o'clock.
It has a diameter of 22.52 mm and is 1.00 mm thick. It weighs 2.4 g.
