A group of mixed animal bones and teeth of probable Post Medieval date, based on their size and condition. They have been identified as:
fragments of cattle and possible horse skull,
probable cattle and sheep/goat teeth,
a sub-adult cattle ulna
a sheep/goat humerus
a sub-adult horse intermediate phalange
a probable cattle-sized ulna or scapula
a probable cattle-sized pelvis
horse teeth and jaw fragments
a sheep/goat tibia.
They wer found deeply buried along with Medieval pottery. They probably represent a midden.
