A complete cast copper alloy bar mount, of Medieval dating (c.1200 to c. 1500 AD).
The mount is sub rectangular in plan, and D shaped in section. At the centre of the bar is a square panel with faint cross hatched decoration and traces of gilding. Either side of the central panel both arms are identical and have a short faceted section followed by a prominent transverse ridge. At each end of the bar are semi-circular terminals that are slightly dome-shaped in form and have projecting oval shaped terminal knops. They have at their centre circular rivet holes.

The mount is incomplete and is rectangular in shape. The original mount would have been longer in length as old breaks are present at both the short ends. The long edges are the original edges of the mount. The front of the mount displays incised decoration in the form of two saltires (double crosses) separated by two vertical parallel incised lines, within two horizontal lines. The casket mount consists of half a length figure, with a solid head. The head is turned slightly to the right, and one (green) glass eye remains. A complete cast copper alloy enamelled mount from a casket or crucifix, of Medieval date (12th to 13th Centuries AD).
The mount consists of a three-quarter length figure, with a solid head. The head is turned slightly to the right, and two blue glass eyes remain. The figure has seven recessed panels, for enamel to be inlaid, arranged lengthwise down the figure, indicating costume. The enamel is no longer present, lost through abrasion. Fragment of a long, thin cast copper alloy medieval mount, with a slightly concave reverse. It has one complete rivet hole in the centre of a panel which is D-shaped in cross-section. This is flanked at either end by a transverse ridge or collar and then a square, slightly raised panel which is rectangular in cross-section. One end is broken across this panel, perhaps at a rivet hole. The other end has another transverse ridge and then another raised panel which then steps down to a flatter area which is broken across a definite rivet hole.

An incomplete copper alloy mount of medieval date. It consists of a rectangular plate with concave surface, with a trefoil or fleur-de-lis projection at one end. The outer foils, or leaves of the fleur, each have a circular hole which may originally have been used for attachment. In the centre of the fleur is a diagonal grooved cross or saltire.
The fleur-de-lis or trefoil terminal is connected to the rest of the long, thin mount by a narrowed concave neck. The mount then tapers very slightly to expand again at the broken end. The underside is flat and undecorated.

A complete copper alloy multifoil mount, of Medieval dating (AD 1350 to AD 1450).
The mount is domed, with a concave underside and is of the multifoil type, having twelve teardrop shaped lobes, six larger than the others. The larger lobes are plain and decorated whereas the smaller lobes have been decorated with three raised pellets. In the centre of the reverse is an integral attachment spike, bent over, with traces of iron corrosion around it.
The mount has a diameter of 23.9 mm and is 9.0 mm thick. It weighs 5.8 g.

The mount is domed, with a concave underside and is of the multifoil type, having twelve teardrop shaped lobes. In the centre of the reverse is the remains of a separate iron attachment shank.
The mount has a diameter of 28.64 mm and is 8.10 mm thick. It weighs 9.6 g.
The mount is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina.
Several similar mount have been recorded on the PAS database including YORYM-E1BEf7 and SWYOR-360E31. These have been dated to the Medieval period (AD 1350 to AD 1450).

An incomplete cast copper alloy bar of unknown function and probable Medieval dating (1300-1500 AD).
The bar has an irregular shaped decorative knop on the end, below which the bar itself tapers to a point. The section of the bar is broadly lentoid and the artefact in plan is broadly sub rectangular. The knop on the end is integrally cast and is formed from four facetted sides. Each facet has a triangular shaped recess cut into it.

The mount is domed, with a concave underside and is of the multifoil type, having six teardrop shaped lobes. In the centre of the reverse is an integral square sectioned attachment shank, which gradually tapers to a sharp point.
The mount has a diameter of 15.6 mm and is 6.5 mm thick. It weighs 2.0 g.
The mount is a mid green to brown colour, with an uneven surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail.

The mount is cruciform/quadrilobate in plan, with tri-lobed terminals at each vertex of a lozengiform body with incurving sides. Each terminal consists of a central semi circular projection, with a sub rectangular projection on either side. In section view, the mount is domed.

A complete cast copper alloy strap fitting or belt mount, of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (c. AD 1300 to AD 1600).
The mount is square in plan, with bevelled edges. The front is plain and undecorated. The reverse is plain and undecorated. Two complete rectangular sectioned, triangular attachment spikes are present at the centre of the reverse. The attachment spikes have been folded over towards each other. Between the two spikes, part of the original leather belt has survived.

The mount consists of a fleur de lys or lis, with side petals curving downards. The fleur de lys is located at the top of a rectangular plate.
