A rimsherd of a wheel thrown ceramic vessel, of Roman dating (2nd to 4th Centuries AD). The sherd consists of a rimsherd, in a fabric is similar to that of local (unsourced) greyware, consistent with 2nd to 4th Century AD dating. The rim type is that of a rounded everted type, probably consistent with a storage bowl or jar. Not enough of the rim is present to allow an accurate determination of original rim diameter.
