The sherds vary in thickness from 5.86mm to 7.81mm. In total they weigh 59.4grams. The sherds have a dark grey reduced fabric. Subtle differences are present in the fabric types between sherds, which would indicate different sources of production. One fragment of a handmade ceramic vessel of a Post Medieval to Modern dating (18th to 20th Centuries AD). The fragment measures 38.36mm in length, 50.09mm wide and 15.50mm thick. It weighs 22.4 grams. The sherd consists of a mid orange earthenware fabric, consistent with either local Post Medieval earthenware field drains or a hand made brick. An incomplete cast copper alloy foot / leg from a copper alloy cooking vessel of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (1400 - 1700 AD). The vessel fragment is sub rectangular in plan and rectangular in cross section. It consists of a cuboid body, expanding outwards at the top into a flared, sloping sub rectangular surface.
