A complete cast copper alloy decorative stud, probably from a medieval book. The head of the stud is a eight-point star (octofoil) which is domed in profile with a flattened top. The surface has eight triangular ridges. The underside of the head is hollow with a central integral circular sectioned stud. The stud tapers to a blunt broken point. The break is not recent. The stud is a mid to dark green colour, with an even surface patina. The head measures 21.86mm in length and 23.26mm wide. The depth of the head and the shank is 20.92mm. It weighs 9.4g. A complete cast copper alloy book clasp, of probable Medieval dating (12th to 15th Centuries AD). The book clasp consists of a sub rectangular sheet of copper alloy metal, bent back on itself, with ornate cut edges. The front exhibits a central domed area, with the remnants of two iron rivets on the left hand side. A series of V shaped notches have been cut along the edges to create a decorative edge. An incomplete knapped / flaked flint blade, of probable Late Mesolithic to Early Neolithic dating (6500 - 2900 BC). The blade is sub rectangular in plan, and triangular in cross section. A central ridge is present on the dorsal (upper) face, with signs of retouch along the edges. The ventral (lower) face demonstrates signs of concoidal ripples. The bulb of percussion and striking platforms are missing. The blade is a light grey / dark beige colour, with little surface patination. The blade measures 52.84mm length, 18.04mm width, 4.93mm thick and weighs 4.9 grams.

A complete blown / hand made trilobed blue glass bead, of Modern dating (19th to 20th Centuries AD). It has been made from a blue/white variegated (stripy) glass, with small central perforation. The bead is trilobed in plan, with rounded flanges. The bead measures 14.60mm tall, and 13.23mm wide. The central perforation has an internal diameter of 1.31mm. It weighs 2.7 grams. The shape of the bead is characteristic of the Art Deco style, which started during the mid 19th Century and carried on in popularity until around the 1960s.

An incomplete wrought iron tanged arrowhead of Medieval dating (12th to 13th Centuries AD). The arrowhead has a triangular blade, with a lentoid cross section. The tang is circular sectioned and incomplete. The arrowhead is a mid brown colour, with an uneven surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement whilst within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of surface detail. There is minimal surface corrosion product (rust) present. An incomplete cast lead alloy support for an iron peg, of probable Post medieval dating (17th to 19th Centuries AD). It is irregular in plan and section, consisting of a hollow conical shaped item. The front does demonstrate a recessed rectangular area, similar to that of a finger nail. It measures 33.66mm in height, 29.98mm wide and 19.32mm thick. It weighs 54.8 grams. It is a light to mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. This find is probably that of a lead well, cast into a depression in a rock or similar structure to hold an iron peg or pole in place.
