An incomplete cast copper alloy foot / leg from a copper alloy cooking vessel of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (1400 - 1700 AD). The vessel fragment is sub rectangular in plan and rectangular in cross section. It consists of a cuboid body, expanding outwards at the top into a flared, sloping sub rectangular surface. An incomplete cast copper alloy rim fragment from a copper alloy large posnet or cauldron of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (1400 - 1700 AD). The rim fragment is irregular in plan, but rectangular in cross section. The internal surface is smooth and polished. One faint concentric ridge is present on the exterior. The exterior surface is unpolished and shows signs of finishing/filing. The original diameter of the rim is estimated at 16 cm, with 5% of the diameter surviving. An incomplete cast copper alloy handle from a skillet or posnet, of Early Post Medieval dating (16th to 17th Centuries AD). The handle is sub rectangular in plan, and D shaped in cross section. The top of the handle has been decorated with a repeating cross style design. The design consists of a cross made up from four open triangles, with the apex (point) pointing inwards (also known as a cross pattee).
