It consists of a semi circular frame with bevelled exterior edges. The strap bar is recessed, with a circular cross section. Possible remnants of an iron are present wrapped around the exterior edge. The front consists of a sub rectangular plate, with two sets of paired cresents / semi circles removed from either side.
