A cast copper alloy finger ring with incised decoration, most likely of medieval date (1200 to 1500 AD). The finger ring consists of a cast copper alloy hoop with incised decoration. It has a D shaped cross section. The hoop exhibits a repeating series of small vertical incised lines all around the circumference of the hoop. The internal surface of the ring exhibits a large number of file marks. No inscription appears to be present. The ring is mid to dark green colour with an even surface patina.
