An incomplete cast copper alloy hooked tag or dress fastener of Early Post Medieval dating (c.1500 to c. 1550). The hooked tag is approximately 50% complete, with just the hook missing. It comprises a central oval, with a relief moulded profile (bust with hair covered, facing left) and a cabled border, with a sub rectangular attachment loop present to the side. The edges are bevelled. The back is plain and undecorated. The hooked tag is a mid to dark brown colour, with an even surface patina.
