A complete cast copper alloy probable Awl, possibly of Bronze Age dating but could easily be later in dating (2150 BC to c. AD 1500). The awl consists of a sub square sectioned artefact that gradually tapers from a wide centre, to a sharp point at both ends. No obvious tang is present. Faint grooves are present down each of the thicker sides. It measures 51.35 mm in length, has a maximum width of 3.49 mm and has a maximum thickness of 3.24 mm. It weighs 2.4 g. A complete struck / knapped flint tanged arrowhead, of Middle Bronze Age dating (c. 2,400 BC to c. 1000 BC). The arrowhead is sub triangular in shape, with a square end tang located centrally. It has been made from a tertiary debitage flake as none of the original cortex (outer rind) is present. The ventral face is flat. The dorsal surface exhibits retouch along both edges and a central ridge. The retouch can be classified as Short / Sub parallel / low angle. An incomplete copper alloy crotal or rumbler bell of probable Post Medieval dating (16th to 17th Centuries AD). Less than 25% of the bell is present, consisting of part of the central girth rib. The top part of a sounding hole is present. The exterior is convex and the interior concave. It measures 16.2 mm in length, 33.0 mm wide and 4.0 mm thick. It weighs 5.7 g. The crotal bell is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil, has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail.
