A complete cast copper alloy plasterer's / bricklayer's pointing tool / trowel, of probable Medieval to Post Medieval dating (14th to 17th Centuries AD).
The tool consists of two different sized sub rectangular flat ends or blades, joined together by a curved diagonal shank.
Both ends are the same sub rectangular shape. At the front of each, they have straight edges, whereas at the back, it is curved, presumably to aid comfort whilst being held in the hand.
