A complete cast copper alloy strap fitting or belt mount, of medieval date (13th to 15th Centuries). The mount is of the bar type and consists of a domed central oval, with two projecting lugs. The projecting lugs are rectangular in shape, with a central perforation. The holes are recessed on the rear of the mount. A circular section copper alloy rivet is present in both of the lugs. A complete copper alloy quatrefoil strap fitting or mount, of probable Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1650). The mount is formed of a thick sheet moulded into a convex form with a pellet at the centre. The design consists of 4 double (layered) petals, with a groove separating each double petal. Central on the lower surface emerges a thin circular sectioned shank, with a circular copper alloy rivet rove present. The mount measures 14.54 mm in length, 14.43 mm wide and 4.07 mm thick. A complete cast copper alloy strap fitting or belt mount, in the form of a stylised Acorn, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1700). The mount is irregular in plan and section. It consists of a pointed oval shape, with a hooked extension on the base. Faint traces of decoration are present, consisting of a line across the centre of the pointed oval and one towards the tip. The reverse is plain and undecorated. Two incomplete integrally cast attachment spikes, both with circular sections are present on the reverse of the pointed oval.
