Description: A cast silver artefact comprising a three-dimensional representation of a fish-like animal. The artefact is in two pieces, consisting of the main body of the animal and a separate tail fragment. The body fragment is roughly tubular in shape, oval in cross-section and tapering towards the tail end. There is a hollow void in the centre of the body, which extends for 30.9 mm. An incomplete lead alloy ampulla of the Medieval period dating from c. AD 1200 - c. AD 1400. Around 50% of the ampulla is present, consisting of the rounded base. The designs on both sides are unclear. It has a length of 29.4 mm, a width of 29.6 mm and is 6.5 mm thick. It weighs 20.0 g. The ampulla is a mid grey colour with an even surface patina. An incomplete silver annular brooch of Medieval dating (AD 1200 to AD 1300). Less than 25% of the brooch is present, consisting of a small fragment of the frame. The pin is missing. The frame has a circular cross section and would have been circular in shape. Decoration is present on the front of the frame. Two sections are present as part of a repeating design. It involves a central engraved chevron with flanking engraved lines to either side. The pattern repeat is 10.3 mm long and there is a gap of 10.1 mm between the two pattern repeats. A complete silver finger ring of late medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1600). The finger ring has a D shaped hoop, and an applied bezel.
