The badge is openwork in design, with a central flower design. Two petals of which are present. Each petal has two layers - a top petal and a bottom petal and are convex (domed) in nature. The tips of the petal touch the outer circular rim. From the curvature of the outer rim, it would originally have an a diameter of 5 cm, with 25% of the rim surviving.
