An incomplete probable casting jet from lead casting, of uncertain dating (2350 BC to AD 1800). The casting jet is conical in shape. The top surface is sub oval in shape, with a rounded edge, and a concaved surface. Below this, the jet narrows to a point, with slightly facetted sides. It measures 19.4 mm in length, 28.2 mm wide and 22.4 mm thick. It weighs 35.7 g. The casting jet is a mid to dark green colour, with an uneven surface patina.
