A cast copper alloy two piece buckle frame, of Post Medieval dating (1690 - 1720). The buckle frame is sub-rectangular in plan, and the frame is D-shaped in cross section. In profile, the frame is slightly bowed. Only the buckle frame is present, the drilled spindle and the chape are no longer present. Two drilled holes, for the spindle, are present located centrally on the long axis of the frame.
