A complete copper alloy double looped annular buckle frame of Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1500). The buckle frame is present, the pin and/or strap plates are missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The buckle frame is sub-circular. The central bar, divides the loop into two 'D' shape sectors. There are two integral sub-rectangular projections to one outer edge. There is no evidence of a pin rest. It measures 37.9 mm in length, 27.3 mm wide and 2.7 mm thick. It weighs 5.0 g.
