An incomplete cast lead alloy vessel of probably Post Medieval date, circa AD1400-1700. The vessel has a sub circular base with a rounded edge. The walls project upwards. The tops of the walls are incomplete. No decoration appears to be present on the walls. One side is folded and crumpled into the middle. The vessel has a mid grey to off-white colour with an uneven patina. A black fibrous material is still present inside the vessel. Height: 25.40mm. Width: 34.62mm. Thickness: 22.78mm. Weight: 30.8g.

An incomplete cast copper alloy body fragment from a copper alloy large posnet or cauldron of Late Medieval to Early Post Medieval dating (1400 - 1700 AD). The bodysherd is irregular in plan, but D shaped in cross section. The internal surface is smooth and polished. The exterior surface is unpolished and shows signs of finishing/filing. Patches of a blacked surface are present on both the interior and exterior surfaces. The bodysherd measures 33.37 mm in length, 27.54 mm wide and 7.59 mm thick.
