An incomplete cast lead alloy vessel of probably Post Medieval date, circa AD1400-1700. The vessel has a sub circular base with a rounded edge. The walls project upwards. The tops of the walls are incomplete. No decoration appears to be present on the walls. One side is folded and crumpled into the middle. The vessel has a mid grey to off-white colour with an uneven patina. A black fibrous material is still present inside the vessel. Height: 25.40mm. Width: 34.62mm. Thickness: 22.78mm. Weight: 30.8g.

An incomplete lead or lead alloy container, possibly a bird feeder, of later medieval or post medieval date (AD 1500 - AD 1600).
The container has been slightly squashed. It is an irregular shape in plan and sub rectangular (square with a flared neck) in profile. The container was possibly semi - circular shaped in plan before being damaged. It is formed from one sheet of metal.

An incomplete cast lead alloy rectangular vessel, of probable Post Medieval dating (16th to 18th Centuries AD).
The vessel is rectangular in plan and profile. The front and side faces has been decorated with a series of ring and dot designs. The back face is plain and undecorated. The top edge of the vessel has been rolled over to create a rounded rim. The base of the vessel now exhibits a hole in the centre, but is otherwise plain and undecorated. The vessel is misshapen, with the side and rear faces bent. It appears that it was originally designed so that it would sit flush again…

An incomplete lead alloy openwork handle, probably from a porringer type vessel, of 17th Century dating.
The handle is trefoil in shape, with sub oval loops forming the shape. It has a flat cross section. The outer edges are bevelled. The reverse is flat and undecorated. A patinated break is present at the base.
It measures 27.2 mm in length, 30.1 mm wide and 4.2 mm thick. It weighs 6.5 g.
The handle is a mid to dark grey colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil has resulted in a loss of some of the original surface detail.
