A complete cast lead alloy decorative object of probable Post Medieval date, circa AD1600-1800. The object is possibly a mount or inlay. The bust is irregular in plan. The front consists of a profile bust of possibly Shakespeare or Cromwell. The bust has curly hair, beard and shirt with collar. The reverse is plain and undecorated. Length: 64.23mm. Width: 48.75mm. Thickness: 10.80mm. Weight: 130.2g
No parallel found at time of recording. Probably a decorative bust to be mounted or inlayed into a box or similar fitting.

An incomplete cast lead alloy four petalled flower of uncertain function of probable Post Medieval date, circa AD1600-1800. The artefact is double-sided and consists of a central circular pellet surrounded by four pointed petals. Each petal has a ridged border around the edge. The object has a dark grey colour with an even patina. Length: 30.70mm. Width: 28.13mm. Thickness: 4.20mm. Weight: 13.1g

A complete lead alloy artefact of uncertain function and dating, but possibly Medieval to Post Medieval in dating (AD 1400 to AD 1700).
The artefact is sub circular, with a rectangular cross section. The sides of the artefact have been faceted, with the edges folded over to create a folded rim on both the front and back. No decoration is present on either the front of back of the artefact. A rectangular perforation (hole) is located slightly off centre. This measures 8.2 mm in length and 3.3 mm wide.

An incomplete lead or lead alloy, uncertain artefact (possibly a biconical sword pommel or a steelyard weight) of probable Medieval dating (AD 1100 to AD 1500).
The possible sword pommel consists of a biconical lead or lead alloy weight, with a rectangular perforation at one end and an small circular perforation at the other. Both perforations are located centrally, and contain either a compacted soil or possible iron rod.
It measures 24.8 mm in length, with a maximum diameter of 31.0 mm. It weighs 115.9 g (4.09 oz).

An incomplete lead alloy probable handle of uncertain vessel, of probable Post medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1800).
The probable handle has been moulded like a fish, with tail and body present. The head is missing. The body section is hollow, with semi circular fish scales on the outside. The body then curves downwards towards the tail. The tail has been split into two, with the ends curling back round onto each other. One side is incomplete.
It measures 32.3 mm in length, 19.8 mm wide and 10.8 mm thick. It weighs 13.0 g.

An incomplete lead alloy uncertain artefact of uncertain function and form, probably of Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1800).
The artefact is cylindrical in shape. The ends are incomplete. Along the length of the body, are longituditual ridges, with possible zig zag decoration between them.
It has a length of 19.5 mm, is 11.3 mm wide and 8.6 mm thick. It weighs 11.7 g.
The artefact is a mid grey colour, with an even surface patina. Abrasion, caused by movement while within the plough soil, has resulted in the loss of some of the original surface detail.
